Established in 1975, Dublin Business School (DBS) is the largest independent third level institution in Ireland and provides a comprehensive range of undergraduate, graduate, professional and executive education programmes.
With more than 42 years of experience, DBS have built a reputation of having a student centric approach to education. With over ten thousand students from 70 countries, advantage of DBS courses is the collaboration of industry experts and professional bodies.
Nurturing is a part of the environment at DBS. All programs have a dedicated program leader who facilitates student development through the course of their academic study.
DBS has 4 educational sites located at walking distance from each other. The four educational sites are located at Aungier Street, George's Street, Balfe Street, and Dame Street.
DBS specialises in the provision of career focused business and law education as well as the delivery of contemporary programmes in the areas of arts, media, social science, humanities and psychology. UNDERGRADUATE:
For applicants whose first language is not English, the minimum English language requirement for entry to the programme is IELTS score 6.0 (or equivalent). Please check under the individual programme requirements for any specific variance in entry requirements.
POSTGRADUATE:

Applicants must obtain a minimum of grade C3 in two higher-level subjects and grade D3 in four ordinary level subjects, including a language.
A minimum Second Class Level 8 Honours Degree (2.2) in a cognate discipline from a recognised third level institution.

Accommodation
Dublin Business School does not have any on-campus accommodation but can arrange both host family and student apartment accommodation for international students upon requests.
Accommodation options and locations are located on convenient transportation links for easy access to the College.
Students may select their housing preference from two options: Irish homestays and student apartments.
• Host Family
Home-stays offer an incomparable opportunity to deepen one’s knowledge of Irish culture. Students have private bedrooms and are provided with breakfast and dinner daily.
• Student Apartments
DBS also offers housing in an apartment complex located in central Dublin for those who prefer a more independent living arrangement and an easy commute to the DBS facilities. The apartment complex is a new residence that includes suite-style apartments, fully furnished kitchens, laundry facilities and internet access.

€500 - €1000 PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIP
Partial scholarships are available to students coming onto Level 8 and Level 9 programmes only. When a successful candidate pays an acceptance fee within 30 days of receiving the Confirmed Offer from the College, the following partial scholarships can be awarded to the student depending on the level of the programme he/she applies for:
€500 off level 8 programme
€1000 euro off level 9 programme
Dublin Business School offers a range of scholarships and discounts. Please contact us for further information. Dublin Business School offers a grant of 15% for the third complete year of full-time paid study, and 20% in fourth and subsequent complete years of full-time paid study with the college. This is conditional on the student submitting his or her full annual non-EU tuition fee to Dublin Business School before commencement of the course.
REFER A FRIEND SCHOLARSHIP:
If a student refers another candidate to DBS and the candidate successfully begins the programme at DBS then the referral student is awarded with a payment of €500 if the referred student is residing in Ireland or €300 if the student is residing overseas.
